- Information for NYU departments seeking access for guests, visitors, or temporary affiliates
- Students, faculty and professional staff of RLG SHARES member institutions, outside the metropolitan region.
- NYU Alumni with a valid NYU Alumni membership card are entitled to 3 visits.
- Visiting Faculty from universities outside the metropolitan area, upon presentation of valid identification, will be granted one-day courtesy reading privileges. For more extended services, researchers may register in advance for a New York Public Library Access card, which enables them to use the world-class research collections at the New York Public Library.
